The National Housing & Rehabilitation Association (NH&RA) is pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for the 2013 and Ninth Annual J. Timothy Anderson Awards for Excellence in Historic Rehabilitation. "The Timmys" are the only awards to honor and call attention to the preservation and restoration of America's historic properties and to celebrate innovative redesign and usage of great buildings from our past. Entrants are judged on the basis of overall design and quality, interpretation and respect of historic elements, and market success.

The "Timmy" Awards will be presented at a gala luncheon in November in conjunction with NH&RA's annual Fall Developers Forum in Boston, Massachusetts. The "Timmys" look for a wide variety of nominees proposed by a wide variety of people interested in American architecture, design and development.
